     Michael J Kowal, Managing Partner

Michael Kowal is an accomplished Senior Executive and Financial Advisor with 20 years of experience spanning financial planning, banking, mortgage lending and insurance. His areas of experience include investment portfolio design, risk management, personal financial planning, retirement income strategies and debt reduction strategies. As of October 2022, Michael manages an estimated $50,000,000 of assets for individuals and families and serves as a fiduciary for his advisory clients.

For the past 14 years, Michael has enjoyed assisting individuals and businesses with holistic financial planning, tax strategies and retirement plan monitoring through his company, Applied Asset Management.  In 2018, Michael formed My Medicare Network with a business partner, Derek Thomas to help his senior clients with their Medicare insurance needs. This company has grown tremendously since inception and currently has 15 Medicare agents and multiple partnerships with large regional insurance companies and financial institutions.

In 2001, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University and currently holds the Series 7, Series 66 registrations and Life, Health, Property & Casualty licenses.  Michael resides in Avon, OH with is wife Stacy and their children Julia (12), Anna (8) and James (6). In his free time, Michael enjoys coaching his kids sports teams and golfing.

   Christine A. Becker

Christine attended Cleveland State University and started her career in finance as a Sales Assistant with Dean Witter Reynolds.  In the early 1990's, after passing her Series 7, Christine was employed with Paine Webber as a Registered Sales Assistant & Trading Assistant.

From 1999 through 2012, Christine was a stay-at-home Mom, enjoying every minute raising her son, who is now 23 years old.  

Christine joined Applied Asset Management in 2021 and helps our clients with account related questions, document prep and client scheduling for Michael.
